collected for this over the years. But there are also some fantastic
references for maybe even more As 'History of Cave Science' by Trevor R.
Shaw (ISBN 0646125036). Than there is range of books by W.R. ('Bill')
Halliday with a lot of historic names. Franco Urbani supplied a long time
ago a host of Venezuelan names, as did Elery Hamilton-Smith for
Australia.
